In At The Deep End

As regular readers might know, I’m on a health kick because I’m terrified of dying at the age of 63, like most of my family. I will admit that this year, rather uncharacteristically, I have suffered the January blues. The big fat energy sucking, positivity zapping feelings of gloom and glumdom have hit. Big style. When did I suddenly get so old?
