OH MY GOD, I LOVE THIS SKIRT!

Hello, by the way. Happy Friday 🙂

imageLets just get straight on with this, shall we?

What do you think?

Firstly, lets address my shoe choice: Basically, If I team something with the old Loubs, then you know that I for one, think its right up there. I don’t very often get the Loubs out you see. They are way too special.

(Which makes them the most pointless shoe purchase in history because I never wear them. Ever.)

This is the Lilford front split skirt, and is made out of the softest, most beautifullest (I know that’s not a real word) leather – It smells like a posh handbag shop! And for £119 from Finery of London, I think its actually quite a steal. There is a lot of good quality leather involved here, so I’m surprised its not more expensive. Not that I’m complaining of course 🙂

By the way, Its worth clicking on the skirt link at the bottom of the post to see the model wearing it with a white top – Also a really nice colour combo if black isn’t your thing. Plus, she is a model. So she looks much better in it…

(But hey, I’m keepin’ it real for you here. I’m a curvy 5ft4! I wish I had long everything, but I don’t.)

(here I am pretending to walk somewhere)

(This was just a try-on sesh. So no danger of any fancy hair and make-up)

Teamed with a simple black bodysuit, and any black shoes will do, this is a chic look. No?

I think I would also wear a Black trench coat with this …  y’know, just to finish off this spring ensemble of sheer leathery decadence!

Here are the links to the skirt and bodysuit. (these bodysuits are great by the way – at £12.99 I highly recommend buying them in black and white. They are so much more comfortable than a wearing a top tucked-in.)
